Bebes at 26 weeks!

Had another ultrasound today! Both kiddos are looking good! Marshmallow (baby girl) weighs a little bit less than peanut. She's 2.4 pounds, he's 2.8. But they're doing great!
Peanut was being a bit shy and was facing my spine so the tech was afraid we weren't gonna get a good profile pic. We were just about to give up and settle for a spine shot of him, when he decided to cooperate.
Poor kid though...his sister was kicking him in the head the whole time.
Marshmallow does have a little bit more fluid than normal in her kidneys so we have to go back in two weeks. Doctor doesn't seem to be concerned though. Said it usually goes down but they just wanna play it safe and monitor it.

I can't wait till we get to 28 weeks and we can get the 3d ultrasound done! I'm so excited for that one!

Twin Watch - 26 weeks

I kind of freaked a little when I logged on here and saw my little twin widget countdown was at less than 100 days left! Wow! The time has flown by!

This weekend we invited some friends over for a fun little painting party to help us paint our bedroom and the nursery. I'm so excited we're starting on the nursery! Hopefully we'll be ordering the cribs and glider soon.

So we turned this into the photo's for this weeks twin watch as well. We chose a nice yellow...not too too pastel but not too bright either. I think it's nice and neutral gender-wise. Of course we painted with non-toxic paint so I could help. :)





And we painted the bedroom split pea soup! I love this green!
